Join our Healing Yoga class, open to everyone seeking relief from pain and various challenges. 


1. Purpose: To continue assisting my clients in healing their pain and problems, such as insomnia, indigestion, depression, headaches, and learning how to meditate effectively.


2. Class: Available by appointment. Please text or email to chungnyo@gmail.com.


3. Fee: $30 for one person and $40 for two people for one hour of personalized instruction.


4. Maximum of 2 people per class, ensuring a focused and intimate learning environment.


5. Benefits: Experience customized yoga classes tailored to each participant's needs.


6. Contents of Yoga:

   1) Belly Breathing - Enjoy 4 additional benefits compared to regular breathing techniques.

   2) Tapping your Dantien (丹田:단전) for 15-20 minutes to enhance blood circulation, metabolism, and digestion.

   3) Facial exercise: Helps prevent Facial Bell Palsy and promotes better blood circulation.

   4) Self-Belly massage: Minimum of 3 sets to support deep sleep and relaxation.

   5) Brain exercises to help prevent Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and dizziness:

      (1) Brain vibration: Om-m-m m …sound.

      (2) Jaw exercise: Make the sound “Ttrorok-Ttrock-.

      (3) Tongue exercise: Make the sound A-rrrrrr while moving your tongue.

      (4) Neck exercise: Do-ri, do-ri.

      (5) Ear and throat exercises.

      (6) How to meditate effectively.
