How to Book


Visit www.SedonaMTmassage.com and click on "Healing Calls" to schedule your session. Ensure you have KakaoTalk (www.kakaotalk.com) installed on your mobile device for a free international call, or we can connect via a standard cellular call.


Steps for Your Healing Call Session


Step 1: Appointment & Connection Please book your preferred time through the website. Note that sessions are conducted via phone or KakaoTalk, not Zoom, to focus entirely on the energetic and auditory connection. Step 2: Initial Consultation We will begin with a brief greeting and a few focused questions. During this conversation, I will intuitively "read" your symptoms and identify specific trigger points and energy blockages within 5-10 min. Step 3: Personalized Guidance I will provide immediate tips and demonstrate self-healing techniques over the phone, tailored to your specific needs. Step 4: Post-Session Restoration. By the end of the call, you can expect to feel a significant shift in your well-being, feeling lighter and more centered. Step 5: Follow-Up & Integration After our session, I will send you a follow-up report with a comprehensive assessment and personalized homework to help you maintain and further your healing progress.

We will conduct 1–2 tests related to pain over the phone. (Please practice the assigned exercises daily.)


1) Body Balance Test:


(1) Place one leg over the other and slowly lean forward.


(2) Switch sides and check which side feels more uncomfortable.


Note: The tighter side indicates shortened hip muscles. Practice leaning your lower back (not just your neck) toward your legs daily.


2) Hearing Test:


(1) Fold your ear forward with your opposite hand.


(2) Gently tap it with your thumb and middle finger.


(3) Check for any difference in sound between both ears or any pain.


3) Nasal Breathing Test:


(1) Keep your mouth closed and breathe only through your nose for 5 minutes.


(2) If breathing is difficult, I recommend visiting an ENT specialist. (Mouth tape for sleep may be recommended if needed.)


4) Tongue Flexibility:


(1) Make a long "Ah-r-r-r-!" sound with your tongue for as long as possible.


(2) (Note: The tongue is closely connected to heart health.)


5) Forehead Nerve Relaxation:


(1) Lightly tap your eyebrow area with your fingertips to check for any pain.
