Q & A and Intake Form

Q1. What is an MT Massage?
MT Massage is a unique and special form of massage performed by Sedona N Chung with Mirror Touch in Synesthesia (MTS). MTS can intuitively and involuntarily sense others' pain and treat it with her skilled hands and intuitive energy.  Her MT hands instinctively locate trigger points and alleviate pain through tapping, stroking, rubbing, and other techniques. The hands will naturally stop once the blocked points, and triggerr points are opened and healed. Amazing, isn’t it?

Q2. What are the benefits of an MT Massage? Release colloged and closed  acupuncture points on the body such as face, brain, limbs... This facilitates the flow of spinal fluid, energy, and hormones. After the session, you will feel revitalized and energized, with a more relaxed nervous system and reduced tension.

Q3. Do you only massage my back, face, and brain?
No! I also work on your entire body, including your ears, hands, and feet. These areas are key reflexology points that represent the whole body in miniature.

Q4. Can you help with mental health issues?
Yes, I can read the problems and help heal your mental stress and emotional challenges . But we should work together to solve the broblem . For example, when I scan your back, I simultaneously identify both mental and physical issues. The body, mind, and soul are interconnected! After session, I will give you advices and HM. You should do it as much as you can. Hope you cantact me in a month to check it up.

Q5. What is the process of an MT massage?
First, I will screen your back to identify and treat trigger points for about

15 -20 minutes. Then, you will lie down while I massage your brain, face, ears, hands, chest, abdomen, legs, and feet for 50-60 minutes. Lastly, I will review your "Intake Form" and provide advice about your body condition for 10-15 minutes. =Total 90min.

Q6. Do you offer aftercare services?
Absolutely! After the session, I will provide you with an "Intake Form" that outlines your strengths, weaknesses, and homework (such as belly breathing, self-massage, or brain exercises) to improve your metabolism. I will also follow up with a text or an email  to check on your condition the next day. Once you become my client, you are my client for life!

Q7. How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The fee is $150 for a 90  minute in-person MT body massage. Remote healing sessions via call or Kakao Talk is $50 for45 minutes .

Q8. How can I pay the fee?
Please use Zelle for easy and fee-free electronic payments. Most major banks support Zelle. Just send the payment to my email, payable to: chungnyo@gmail.com (First Name: Nyo, Last Name: Chung). Cash is also acceptable. No check and cards.

Q9. Do I need to undress for the massage?
No, you don’t need to take off  your clothing. Casual wear is fine. No jackets, heavy clothing, and jewelries.

*** Additional Notes:
MT massage is a holistic healing, and intuitive massage that addresses physical pain, mental stress, and spiritual well-being. It is not a Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, or Reiki massage.
